Products
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. As many products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, crystal placement and design may occur and are not considered defects.
Pricing
All prices are listed in [AUD] and are subject to change without notice.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders containing incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or unavailable inventory.
Custom Orders
Custom-made and bespoke items are created to the specifications agreed upon with the customer.
Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless faulty.
Shipping
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, photographs, logos, graphics and text, remains the property of Petals en Pointe and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petals en Pointe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
